Ms. Desai graduated from UCLA in 2008 with a B.A. in Sociology and obtained her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2012. Ms. Desai was admitted to practice law in New York in 2013 and she began her career in Workers’ Compensation in 2014. She has engaged in all aspects of litigation, ranging from representation of her clients at hearings and depositions to filing appeals to New York State’s Appellate Division, 3rd Department. Ms. Desai’s prior experience as a claimant’s attorney offers her a unique perspective in her defense strategy.
